Looking for a new game to play

Hey I'm looking for a new game to play. I wan't it to be a open world PvP game, where you upgrade your character, perhaps level up, get better weapon, make your character unique basically. Something much alike arma 2 wasteland, arma 3 wasteland, WoW, DayZ. I'm to intrested in japanese MMORPG but if It's an exception I'll check it out. Could be a FPS or MMO game, doesn't matter. APB is not what I'm looking for since it haven't got the same PvP system I'm looking for. You have to be in a mission to PvP in APB, which I don't like.

I checked out Neverwinter, looks pretty nice. Just wondering, when running around in the game world, is there any chances you stumble upon enemy players which you can kill? Since I could only find Domination PvP on youtube.

At the moment Phantasy Star Online 2 is only Japanese (It is the best MMORPG I've ever played)
