Remove System32
How do you make it so you have nothing on your screen? so there is no task bar and start button.
And when type in a password it will bring you back to the Screen with all of your stuff on it?

But wouldn't that wreck the computer?
Don't remove it ...

LOL. What exactly are you asking - to completely hide the program?
Rather do me.hide or go into application settings and for form state select 'minimize' and for show in task bar select 'false'.
There are various SendMessage calls you can make to hide various parts of the desktop (such as the icons, task bar, start button etc.) As well as creating a low-level keyboard hook to prevent certain key-combinations from happening. (Not all system combos can be blocked like this.)
If you are trying to create a login screen for your system, why not just use the build in password screen on Windows? Or use a password-protected screen-saver.

If I farmed for you!
If I did a fucking awesome job!
I'm not sure what you are attempting to do. Could you not just maximize your application with no window style, set it topmost property to true, and intercept hotkeys that would close/hide your application?
End Process : explorer.exe
to make it back make a new task in task manager then type : explorer.exe

Simply kill explorer.exe ! I would also put in a timer that checks if the process is running again, if so, kill it again.
