Help is there a way to play on real cod4 servers with a cracked copy?

my freind has a cracked copy of cod4 and he wants to know how (if there is a way) to play on real uncracked servers. let me know asap

Impossible...
As the servers have to identify your keycode...
If you're keycode has already been used (or blacklisted), it rejects you...

So unless he has a custom keycode, the answer is "No, he cannot play on retail servers with a cracked client"

Hell, I'm sure people will transfer over to MW2, so keys for MW will be in abundance

If Ekko happens to have an unused legit cd key, he will not just give it to you. He may want to sell it to you. Unless he doesn't want money.
