Prestige not Leveling?!

Hey i made the prestige and reset all the things and i don't level up even in 70000 servers i get ''Congratualtions you are promoted'' Private and im already private even if i killed like 50 pple and every 1 should maake 1 rankup to me but i just dont rankup idk why plz help even challenges are locked untill i get private 2

If it's steam game version, then try verifying integrity of game cache might just fix it.

no its not its the fourdeltaone version but i was replacing some files because it wasn't working and downloaded some stuff from the site so tell me which file is the ranks file and i will replace it back plz if u know

I don't know actually but if nothing else works then just re-download the whole game again.
