Restrictions for cocksuckers

I find that this needs to be added for cocksuckers:

• 50 posts a day
• 2-3 minutes between posts.
• Instead of having the cocksucker tag, change it into a profile picture so people wouldn't crave for it.
• Amount of respect resetted
• Can't quote members
