HoN isn't pay to win, it kinda was for a while where new heroes costed money for the first month "early access" after their release, then went free, now they are all completely free after release. But that was the only thing, which kinda was pay2win but not fully since it was only for a month.



You have to pay for LoL heroes, which I heard can only be redeemed with real money.

Naw lol is 100% free there is nothing you can buy to be more op then some one. Yeah you can buy champs with real money but it's a wast because you can buy them with in game money. Most people just use the real money to buy skins or xp/IP boost.

LoL takes more time to explain MOBAs to you, Dota 2 and HoN are for elitist ******s that think they're cool.

In terms of gameplay AFTER you understand the game, they're fairly similar. It's a matter of what your friends play I guess.

They're rare so they'll keep going up in price. I'm glad I took up Championship Riven when it came out on the first day. I'd die if I didn't because the price is like $100-$200+

And i think the shop looks better as on LoL.

Also on Dota2 you see less noobs than on LoL.

Dota2's community is pretty toxic. They don't accept new users as easy as LoL does.
