Judging by the way he spelled "develop", I'm assuming this team of his is just a bunch of 10 year olds with no coding experience. Drawing pictures and putting stuff on paper is completely different from developing a game. And by survival game, do you mean a DayZ rip off? Pretty sure WarZ already accomplished that.
