    Even if they know about it doesn't mean they care.
    Just like any bigger company, they are likely to disregard any petitions unless they get millions and millions of signs that they can legally prove that they are unique persons.

    Incorrect. What is most likely is that they are already developing a PC version. That's why they are promoting this petition so they can get free publicity and when they announce the PC version everyone will praise Ubisoft for "listening".

    It's an MMO. Piracy and console contracts don't have much to do with it.
