Video Feature now on Instagram

As the title states, Videos can now be uploaded onto instagram with a length of 15 seconds per video.

In this case though, is instagram too late on implementing this feature with apps like snapchat, vine and keek out there?

At first I was skeptical about Vine and other short video sharing apps, but soon realized they're pretty nifty. You would spend the same amount of time viewing a 7-second video as you would looking at images, and can usually send a bigger/more complex message with multiple frames than a single one can convey.

But yeah OP, Instagram is a little late to this scene. Better late than never. Since it already has a large user base, I don't think it will take long for users to adopt it. Why use two different apps if one can do both functions?
