Theme Maker Thread

I got an idea to make the Theme you like [Any Theme] with any Desktop BG Image
Say the following :
- Theme Color
- Desktop Back Ground Image [Post it here so i can download it !!]
• I will give you File you Open it
- It's will not Appear you any thing you just Double Click then the Theme Made !!
• Colors you can choose :
Blue Light , Blue Dark , Cyan , Green Dark , Green Light , Sun [Yellow] , Pumpkim [Brown Light] , Ruby [Red Light] , Fuchsia Light , Fuchsia Light Light , Fuchsia Dark , Violet [Purple / Indigo] , Lavender , Taupe , Chocolate , Black Light , Black Light Light , Black Dark , Black Dark Dark , White Light , White Dark
Idea from 50 Windows 7 Themes But In this thread you can make the Back Ground Image you need.
