No. It drops from Raxgore. I just received the Grimskull Face an hour ago from Raxgore. Ultra Raxgore drops something else. A weapon or something according to the DN's.

I'm still puzzled about the level 51 and level 100 enhancements.. How is anyone's going too use that?

u can't level max is 51 i don't know how will do 100 xd i tryed to beat big boss lv 48 50 etc.. and no exp

Are you talking about Ultra Raxgore? No, you can't. They used the same code as they have done for the other rooms. Unless you have met the requirement, you'll be sent back to the beginning.

Can't even use the level 100 enchantment, I just tried. It's pretty much useless since I had to beat that 1.4 million boss....

Beating the boss unlocks Ultra Raxgore, who drops FREE weapons that give rep/gold bonuses.

I think it'll probably work, but guys might want to shut up or AE would find a way to fix that glitch
