All I remember is that you COULD build underwater structures, it was complex to build stuff, the character reminded of lego - you could even wear lego-ish helmets.
There was a wand ingame that had like a star ontop of it, and a hammer that allowed to unhinge/remove and destroy stuff.
There was some random shitty pvp system with a bow only if I recall correctly

It was a brick game, focused on building (Minecraft, essentially) and it's greater than 6 years old?

Roblox was not around 6 years ago (tmk) but it may have been it.

Roblox is 3 dimensional, features both building and destruction (and many server that are like CoD lego versions)

other than that, some ripoff of legos might have made their own game as well.

Maybe not 6, my sense of time is horrible. Make that about 5 - 6 years.
So it's old as fuck. But other than that, everything else seems right.
