You probably opened it and broke the seal... trying to fix it yourself. They probably sent you the same one back.

If I remember correctly you can switch out the dvd drives if you can find a compatible one.

lol there's a problem with that T.T the DD was not broken before I sent it, and now all of a sudden it won't open. Even if it does open, it won't play any games due to the fact i basically broke the shit out of it and the disc would come out unreadable :P FMXB
