17 years old here, and if what you said is true, im fucked big time, since I cant develop muscles.. I have a problem with my knees, and its impossible for me to excercise. If I do, the difference will be instantly visible on my upper body, because im way too thin, but my legs will stay small, and I'll look like shit twice as much. Im not good-looking either, so..

That's very individual. I know some women who prefers "big boned"/heavy men over the fit or skinny ones - I dont. But I don't have a problem with guys being shorter than me.
I like looking at a mans chest, back and behind, but more often it's about a nice style and a handsome face.

Depends on the girl. Some women are attracted to skinny guys, some are attracted to toned, athletic motherfuckers, some are attracted to hunks. But being athletic will more than likely increase your appeal.
