@Paralyze Did some string decryption and static-code analysis, the DLL opens the following keys:
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

It creates a value named "uTorrentTray" (without the quotes) that points to a path, not 100% sure what but you should double-check your startup entries by running "msconfig" (without the quotes) by pressing Windows Key + R or running the command in Command Prompt.
