I did a background search and after reading both sides I concluded that KRudd should be elected.

In Australia, both the labour and liberal parties are bad. One has this guy called Tony Abbot and the labour used to have kevin. the julia now Kevin again. It doesnt really matter who is PM of Australia because we the citizens have no choice in which individual will lead us. So to say that Julia Gillard is Worse then KRudd even though they are in the same party which makes the same decisions is totally 100% true. :P

And that would be political suicide for the Labor party and there are provisions and certain protocols to stop shit like that from happening. You only ever see things like that when there is deep mistrust within a party and that party's relation with the people.
