I think I have a sleeping disorder..when I lay down on my bed and I try to sleep I cant but I want to. I think its because I sometimes sleep im the day and I wake up late in the morning. I think staying up all day will help solve this issue but I did 2 days ago I ended up having a bad headache and slept the whole day. Any suggestions? I have to go to school at 8:30 its currently 5:07 and I see the sun coming up lol. No coffie pls.
