When i have school i always turn of my pc around 10 in the evening. I then watch youtube on my phone until i fall asleep. Try to always turn of your pc at least a couple of hours before you need to sleep.

I barely sleep these days , like 2 hours daily only. Because I'm studying as hard as I can to succeed this shit.
