$1.99/Month seems like a pretty good price. If the speeds are pretty fast for good quality video and sound I would definitely buy

hotspot Shield is a good VPN for my computer or when i open my browser only?
I do not use any type of messenger outside of MPGH.

It's more easier going to hidemyass.com , IP:Port Proxy list, grab one that's fast, than go skype _> options -> Connection -> Enable proxy thing and input your proxy and your ip is protected against any resolver.
