Problems with RotMG P-Server which I want to solve!

So, I wanted to make a RotMG private server... got it running and stuff, but then came the issues i want to solve...

1) I want to get Character saving system to work.
2) I want to get the server online.

So, I followed the tutorial and downloaded the latest Server source for ******...

But now I'm getting a Loading Error when opening client

and server.exe throws this error
