It's not true. Those are lies spread by the Gov't and Big Tobacco. They can't tax E-Cigs like they do regular Ciggies so they attack them. Propylene Glycol and Vegetable Glycerin are turned into water vapor when heated.

It depends, if you use a high VG mixture it will have a light feeling with a lot of vapor. If you use more PG it will have a heavier throat hit but less vapor. I tend to vape around 40/30% PG and 60/70% VG. You can also adjust the amount of nicotine in the solution, when I first started I had over 90 mL of nicotine in a 500mL solution which buzzed the crap out of me. Now I don't add any nicotine add all. I have around thirty different flavors to choose from, I love Spurbury and Lightning from Mt Baker, delicious as fuck.

You'll cough like a bitch for awhile until you get used to it. It also depends on what type of E-Cig you use. An APV MOD will allow you to utilize more air when vaping, unlike the smaller cig sized digitals.
