Basic treatments from walmart and such can help, but it comes down to more trial and error of what works and what doesnt. It seems like every case has something new working for it, but there is not really one sure fire way to get rid of it. Its a natural thing that really isnt harming you unless its severe. Ive heard putting a fresh clean towel over your pillow at night can help though.

BUT some solutions naturally I have no fucking idea BUT you can always go to a doctor to get some tablets for it, or you can buy facewash and apply it twice a day and you can also put toothpaste on your pimples, yes I said toothpaste. It helps for some people and for some it doesn't, good luck I know I fucking hate pimples so thank god I don't have acne.
