After one month running

When I started I couldnt even run for 15 or 20minutes /wew yesterday I did 4.31KM in 27.40 minutes, its good? what do you think

4.31km in 27 minutes sounds rather too general to me, but you've been doing it for a month only after all.
Try to get 5km under 20 minutes, then you'll know that you can beat a shitload of people in the world in running.

Well, not very impressive but it's an improvement. I walk 5 km home every day, takes about 35-45 minutes.

You must be really skinny to be able to run 2km in 7 minutes
I can run 2.4km in 9 minutes, but I can't see myself running it in 7 minutes at all
