I go to gym 3 days a week and I wonder in how manny days or months my biceps will start growing up, I asked the guy in the gym he said in like 5 months its going to start showing it

Really? It took me like 2 months to see it change and from then on it really grew fast.

Everyone was. lol. Theres just fat over most peoples.

Six packs are made in the kitchen. Ex had one that shown decently and he ate really healthy. Like 6 small meals a day. Nuts and Fish and Fruits and Vegetables protein shakes stuff like that.
Just don't drink soda or deep fried anything and stay away from processed foods.

Six pack was ridiculously easy for me. I just biked everyday and I got a six pack in like a time span of 1 month.
