So yeah.. SE'd a Razer Naga. To date, it's ONE of the hardest SEs as Razer is known now for prosecuting social engineers. It took me about 6 weeks to do this one. Why? What could they possibly prosecute people for? You are abusing their system, the most I think they could even get anyone for is fraud.

They could probably push fraud, and theft by means of deceit for charges, lawsuits could go further if it is considered "abusing the system in place" and if the SE'd company had a damn good law team.

Well, they've prosecuted in the past for mainly Fraud, but like Lehsyrus said it can go further I assume. Only seen a few news reports about it, but it's difficult as you HAVE to send it in first. Advanced replacements aren't really an option, so it's more of an act of deception on your part, and they need to have "sympathy".
