    Disconnecting from a server at startup

    Guys, there is a problem. Nobody faced? And I'm sick...
    Almost always when you connect to the game is loaded for a long time, sometimes even freezes. After that, very often disconnects from the server, or just throwing out with the words "The waiting time is exceeded" or something like that.
    Have to connect 5 times and eventually get to play normally 1,2 games...
    What to do in this case?
    And a very strong lags in the game at the beginning.
    As for connectivity, speed of over 20 mb/s ...

    Contact steam support. sounds like a internet problem...I had connection issues so steam support sent me a couple of links to web pages...
