If you are going to be making videos and don't want to be accused of being a cheater, don't use an aimbot...

Use modselector. You can chose between many hacks.

^ (bump) MS just compiles the client with a provided code, and the code its using does show the green thingy upon autoaim activation.

What nilly said. It is a VERY bad idea to do that. Lots will hate you, and you could get banned.
