What's a flagged account and what's the adv. ?

Flagged accounts means it can't get recovered, the advantage is that it can never get recovered.

Flagged accounts are more easy to sell, only because the original owner cannot do anything to get it back once its flagged. You can change the pass. And all it basically does is prevent it from getting recovered by someone else.

u can only buy acc is flagged u can't make any acc flag bec it maybe be banned.
