I still miss my dog though.

My previous dog passed away because one of my neighbors emptied an entire can of chewing tobacco in my yard, my dog found it and ate it, unbeknownst to me at the time. (Was during a block party.)
He was only 4 years old. Most well-behaved and good tempered dog I've ever had and known.

Took me close to 3 years to get over his death and get another schnauzer. Still makes me tear up thinking about it. I'm sorry for your loss.
