    And the movies din't really explain anything nor gave an alternate ending to the series, but hey, I liked them and still reccomend.

    I also recommend Oreimo series, 2 seasons but its a diferent genre interesting and entertaining.

    It's all personal preference. I personally think Anime is cool, and there are some anime shows that aren't really appropriate for 12 year old children. Anime isn't just for kids you know. Also, some anime shows are actually really good. You may have no interest in Anime but others do.
