    Need Help Creating New Items

    I'm trying to create new items on my server i use but it never works. I've been trying to make a new cloak taking Planewalker from dat20.xml and editing it in addition.xml. Then I edit it in create it in paint.net, save it on sothink,and test the server but it doesnt work. Any Help?
