ok i did everything in the original thread but how do i find it in game?

It should replace the pony, if it doesn't maybe you used the model changer incorrectly.

When you open the model changer there are two rectangles/boxes, click the model you want to use and click on the arrow to move it to the next rectangle/box.
When its there click skin and wait for it to be completed, it should now replace the pony.
