Organising a tournament [ESL Rules]

I've already said that in greek community and had many participates. Hoping to get some participates from other countries so we'll have more fun.
Here are the rules:
1: It'll be a scrim 5vs5,7 rounds S&D x2 games.
2: ESL Weapons only,like M4A1,AK47,AWM NORMAL and ALL pistols except mauser and all knives as well.
3: No hack,you'll be playing with fraps opened or MOS.
4: Raidcall ID to talk with me about it: 6672387
5: Once you participate in the tournament i'll make you a team in raidcall and you'll be the ones who will know the password
6: Contact me in skype: Mayros Zwon
7: Whole team must have 5$ cards each so whole team must give 25$ KarmaKoin/Ultimate game card/Paysafecard.
8: First team wins 200$ KarmaKoin/Ultimate game card/Paysafecard.
9: Second team wins 100$ KarmaKoin/Ultimate game card/Paysafecard.
10: Third team wins 50$ KarmaKoin/Ultimate game card/Paysafecard.

Edit: If you're catched with hack or using SPOP and etc,you'll automatically lose from the tournament.

Fraps/Bandicam anything and umm.. I've organised other tournaments as well but with greek teams only.. if you believe that,just dont participate,im just trying to make the game more fun
