Suspension time??

Does anyone know if there is a way to check how long you're suspension is. I tried logging in just now after playing a few hours ago and I received a notice for a suspension. It just read that my account is violation of the Terms of Use and is hereby suspended. If I want to appeal this, I can send a ticket to customer support.

Usually the notice gives you how long you're suspended for.
If it didn't show a time limitation, you may have been banned. But, that's the worst case scenario.
You could send in a ticket, but notice that it may take quite a while for the Nexon staff to get back to you, currently my ticket has been in the "open" position for eight full days now.
Also try checking your player profile on the Combat Arms site, usually there will be a text that lays on top of the player's picture that says whether you were discharged, suspended, but if there's nothing, then you're fine.
If you're completely worried, send in a ticket, it wouldn't hurt, unless you're impatient like myself.

Suspensions usually don't last that long. A few weeks max. At the moment, the player rankings don't work, so you can't actually tell if you're banned/suspended. But you should screenshot what it says at log in. I have a banned account, has something to do with Violating Terms and Services.

Have fun dealing with Nexon. Usually for me it says "Suspended for X amount of days."
