It's already been confirmed, the episodes are a trilogy and Gaben has already talked about it in the past but let me ask this, why is everyone going crazy about HL2:E2 at the moment, it's not like Valve are gonna show anything this year about it and probably not until next year will we see anything. I think that they'll do what they done with HL2 and announce it and give it a release date a few months from then... and then have their source code leaked online for the masses to see just like HL2
