rock/rap/techno/industrial?

what do you listen to more, and give a reason why.

after some thought while making this thread i decided to add techno and industrial. those are good genres too!

none of that retarded "rap is crap, all they can do is rhyme" or "rock is just noise, and makes the ears bleed" because both genres have their strong musicians and bad musicians. if you could, post some favorite artists/bands to share the musical wealth as well.

you may include genres such as:
Rap(and all sub genres examples such as, hip hop, oldies, trip hop, gangsta rap, underground rap/hiphop)[/B]

as well as

Rock(all sub genres. some examples, 80s Metal, Nu Metal, melodic death metal, death metal, industrial metal, heavy metal)


figured this would be pretty cool thread to post.

I guess i'll start off first. I perfer rock, because of the emotion that you can just hear so good you can almost feel that emotion. All the angst and stuff. Love it.

i do listen to both though. they're both amazing.
