it would be very simple.
just open up your internet, start recording the mouse/keyboard recorder, click one of the sticky's, go to the bottom. type the words you need to type, press enter, stop the recording.
set it to repeat every hour...

it would take 5 mins to write up a macro to last the whole time, this will not work

plus, sleep 59 minutes, post, sleep 59 minutes, post, sleep 59 minutes, post, and so on
