How do I install TeknoMW3 with the latest patch... etc?

Ok so here is my question... I want to install TeknoMW3 but I dont know how to
I have steam MW3. Do i have to install another cracked version?
Please say no :/

Could someone leave a text tutorial and stuff with the dl links? I also have MW3 4d1 installed aswell...
but 4d1 has like no hacks on there :/

Or just google: MW3 1.4.382 + Tekno

I guess that you already have 1.4.382, but to make sure, download it again .
When you download it just replace files in your folder with ones you downloaded.
