Here is the description from hes youtube channel.
On a serious note. I asked my friend to record this so I could voice over it.

The reason he has these guns is because something happened with his paypal and z8 games and they banned his account for a week-3 weeks and they repaid him with these timed weapons.

So no he didn't hack the servers,

I did this to be funny, because I know 50% of you will believe you have to hack the server to get those guns timed.
