Adding 5 euros to my Steam Wallet (voluntarily)

Hey guys, I'm in a kinda bad situation here. I'm 16, therefore, I'm not an adult. I live in a crappy country which doesn't support PayPal, and I certainly don't have a credit card. PaySafeCards aren't my option either because there's no place I could buy them in my country. So all I'm asking is, if maybe someone could add only 5 euros to my Steam Wallet, you know like that, out of good will, so I can finally buy myself a TF2 Premium...
You know, I've tried everything and failed.
By the way, I will give you my account's login info...

Well sir, if i am correct you are asking people for 5 Euro for free... I understand your problem but you should know you can pay with "DirectEBanking" You will only need a Maestro card for this. Ask your parents when u dont have one, everyone owns such a card. I either suggst you for the future to get yourself such a card you can get one when U are 12Years old.
