Hello, I would like to BUY a Steam Account that has NOT been banned on anything.

Also, I would want the account to have been created December 2009 or EARLIER (ie. 2008, 2007, etc. since Steam's inception).

I will pay paypal, but under or around $10.

Preferably accounts with few games or empty.

MUST HAVES-
Creation date December 2009 or earlier.
No bans AT ALL.
The SteamID/Login Name has NO numbers in it. (ie, joeschmo, NOT joeschmo11)

PREFERABLE, BUT NOT MANDATORY-
No games.
HAS a community page.
Email already verified.
