Yes, I don't feel well if I just sit around.
The world is a filthy place, it's a filthy goddamn horror show.
Well I walk 40 min to work, and 40 minutes back. I have dumbbells in my room, so I work out the biceps by curling and work out the shoulders as well, do dips for triceps, and then end with push ups. Use to do crunches to work the abs, but I don't have a mat, so the floor hurts my back like hell.

I go to the gym 3 times a week, and I start off with easy weights and move on to higher weights, After about 10-20 minutes of this I rest for about 5 minutes then move on to cardio and abs, after all that I go swimming for about 45 minutes.

people conisder me a work out addict. I work out everyday but it is really because i have nothing else to do.
I do everything but mostly workout

My workout is wake up, get out of bed, eat cereal, go on the computer all day and I have a six pack, I swear on my life I don't know how I'm not ultra fat never mind in good shape.
My fingers get a fantastic workout each day.
Good ole natural boxing training
sit in dark and train punches and grapples
run a few hours straight every two days
Hah, I see I'm the only one that has enough sex to consider it a workout.
