or you can use NVidia shield
to have one PC and several screens?
Like one in my room, one in the ceiling, and another one?
Does it depend on the distance between my PC and the screens?
And do I need special wires?

Sure, if your graphics card has two or more outputs you can hook up X amount of monitors to your PC. If you want to have one on the ceiling you'd have to get a pretty long cable though.
The cables you'd need should be standard DVI, HDMI or VGA cables, again depending on your graphic card outputs.

As long as you have the right outputs and cables, yes.

Why would you want a monitor on the fucking ceiling?
I believe most recent Video Cards can easily support 2 monitors at once. If you want 2+ you're usually going to be looking at running dual Video Cards.
