go to C:\Documents and Settings\Local Settings\Temp & delete it
or use Malwarebytes Anti-Malware
You Must know that keylogger can get all your fucking passwords

I use Malwarebytes, Avast, and ZoneAlarm. Never gotten a virus even after testing tons and tons of files.
