It's in Graphics options, one of few first options.
If you can't change your res to 1600x1024, you can't use this hack.

windows 8 64bit
i tried it on v1.7 and on v1.0 ( i played in window mode )
in the left corner i saw the (COD4 HAck by Zeeraxis) but i cant see any esp boxes or aim
