Many people these days want PBE accounts to check out new skins, champions, summoner icons even. Well PBE gives you the ability to see them before they're released in League of Legends.

Steps:

3. You get the details to the account and you login via the PBE gameclient. (note: you don't login to the accounts through league, you login through the downloadable PBE client)
