And remove the dust from the components and any around the bottom as that's where the 560 will draw its air and if it's full of dust it isnt doing you any favours.

1. Clear out the dust with a can of pressurized air.
2. Re-cable the entire PC.
3. Get another cooling fan.

Change your thermal paste, and be carefull with high pressure air... you can damage some parts inside
You could try an aftermarket VGA cooler. Im planning on getting this:

Remove all the dust using compressed air cans, will make a world of difference
As said clean it out. As a short term fix you could just get msi afterburner and make a fan curve.
