I just wanna know if the drop rate of codes, polished alteum and rare items are still on it?

I try logging in for 20mins and I teleport to the fake royal chest for 7 times still got no codes, polished alteum and rare items?

Any confirmation for this? And throw me some tips where can I use teleport these days? Thanks in advance.
