Here's a little airbrush/manipulations demo of what I mostly do. It is very simple, yet efficient way to add a little bit of focus and fix some camera/ambient errors.

Now doing this (to me) is quite simple, just a few short steps, such as saturation, liquify,blur tool, eraser tool, crop, layer mode. etc.
