I got DDOS'ed, NEED HELP ASAP

Well if you all don't know DDOS is something people can traffic your internet and won't
let you play any online games, by simplifying taking your IP address. Recently
I found out I got ddosed and I can't do anything about it, since my MODERN is STATIC
If anybody is willing to help me out on this and remove the DDOs. I'm willing to pay up to 5$

You should try a VPN.

A VPN won't do anything. The static IP is still reachable.

In order to DDOS, a port must be specified, usually port 80, the HTTP port.
Configure your router to deny all ping/packet requests arriving at port 80, and divert all outgoing port 80 data through another random port number.

I can access my Gateway just fine, but I can't seen to find how to deny all the packets
